The Presence of God
When someone visits your home or gets to know you better, will they be able to tell that Jesus is a part of your life? The Principles of God
A family can be more what it ought to be if it follows God's divine principles. (2 Timothy 3:16-17). God is our "manufacturer," and we came with a "manual" - the Bible. To find out how we can function best, we ought to read the manual. (Psalms 2:1-12)The Power of God
God sees all. He sees things that we cannot (Romans 8:26). We can trust that God has our best interests in mind. Our faith in Gof will ensure that all things turn out for the best in the end. We should never underestimate the power of God in our lives.
2 Timothy 3:16-17
16All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness.
17That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.Psalms 2:1-12
1Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing?
2The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against his anointed, saying,
3Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us.
4He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the LORD shall have them in derision.
5Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath, and vex them in his sore displeasure.
6Yet have I set my king upon my holy hill of Zion.
7I will declare the decree: the LORD hath said unto me, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee.
8Ask of me, and I shall give thee the heathen for thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession.
9Thou shalt break them with a rod of iron; thou shalt dash them in pieces like a potter's vessel.
10Be wise now therefore, O ye kings: be instructed, ye judges of the earth.
11Serve the LORD with fear, and rejoice with trembling.
12Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and ye perish from the way, when his wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all they that put their trust in him.Romans 8:26 Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.
