E -- Examine yourself daily to see whether or not you are in the faith.

W -- Work diligently for the Lord, for your labor is not in vain.

Y -- Yield the members of your body unto righteousness every day of the year.

E -- Exercise yourself in godliness, so as to grow in grace and truth.

A -- Aim at sinless perfection, yet don't be unhappy if you fail at it.

R -- Redeem the time-for it is the "stuff" that life is made of.
